Q: How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
A: We attempt to process every order and ship within 48 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending upon your location within India, post ordering this should take overall 4-7 days to get delivered. Our team will inform you of any unexpected delays in delivery (because we all like to know what is going on with our order)
Q: How are payments processed?
A: Currently we are not accepting payments online. In the past, the pricing on this website was in Indian Rupees(INR) only and this is the only currency we accepted. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) Payments through Zaakpay. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and we may ask you to provide further identification for additional security reference checks. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day where banking business days are deemed to be Monday to Saturday, excluding Public holidays. Internet transfers and credit card payments are cleared and notified instantly, however it can take up to 72 hours for us to receive notification for weekend transactions.

30 Day Replacement Guarantee
All products sold at Starhardware.online are covered under our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
In order to get a defective item replaced
- Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us or call us on +91 8886772008/ +1 647 939-2008 or mail us at sales@starhardware.online within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
How do I cancel an order on starhardware.online? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on Starhardware?
For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
We maintain a very stringent warehousing routine to make products available to our customers as promptly as possible, and therefore a re-order is sent to our suppliers. Returning goods lead to wasteful purchasing practices and need a lot of back-end work to rectify it, therefore we have to have fairly strict returns policy and ask you to be sure the items you purchase from Star Hardware is correct for the purpose you intend to use, our representatives will be only happy to help you with your order. However, we will not be able to accept returns of material incorrectly ordered in size, quantity or type.
